Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Notifly App ("Notifly", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Notifly lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business account to manage customer contacts, send WhatsApp campaigns, configure automated bot replies, and track message delivery status.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information about your business when you sign up.

You agree to use Notifly only to message contacts who have consented to hear from your business, and to:

• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and all applicable Meta platform terms.
• Honor opt-out requests from contacts promptly.
• Not use Notifly to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful content.

We may suspend accounts that violate WhatsApp's policies or these terms.

Notifly offers a free trial and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) with different message and feature limits, as shown on the Subscription page. Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Continued use of a paid plan after your trial or billing period constitutes acceptance of the applicable charges.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Cancelling stops future renewal reminders only — it does not end your current billing period early or issue a refund. You keep full access to your plan until it expires, at which point your account moves to the free trial.

Payments are refundable in full only if requested within 24 hoursof that payment being made, via the "Request refund" option on the Subscription page. Outside that 24-hour window, and for any renewal payment, payments are non-refundable. A successful refund immediately moves your account back to the free trial. If you believe you were charged in error outside this window, contact us at notiflysupport@gmail.com and we'll review your case.

Notifly and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the contact data, message content and business information you upload.

Notifly is provided "as is". Message delivery depends on third-party services (including WhatsApp/Meta) that we do not control, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notifly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including message delivery failures caused by third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or send messages in violation of WhatsApp's policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Notifly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
